利用组培法快速繁殖优良品种的苗木一般采用固体培养基进行培养,但固体培养基要消耗大量的凝固剂如琼脂,增高了培养苗的生产成本。经计算琼脂占固体培养基总成本的76.6%(其中糖以食用沙糖代替蔗糖计算)。为了降低试管苗生产成本,我们降低了琼脂用量。用最低限量的琼脂配成凝胶培养基保持试管苗直立,加入培养液进行液体培养,可使试管苗生长高度提高一倍并使成本降低45.0%左右。
The rapid propagation of tissue culture seedlings using solid tissue culture medium generally cultured, but the solid medium to consume a large amount of coagulant such as agar, increased production costs of the culture seedlings. Agar was calculated to account for 76.6% of the total cost of solid media (where sugar was calculated as edible sugar instead of sucrose). In order to reduce the cost of tube seedlings production, we reduced the amount of agar. With a minimum amount of agar to form a gel medium to keep the test tube upright, adding the culture solution for liquid culture can increase the height of the test tube seedling and reduce the cost by about 45.0%.
