运用文献资料法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对CBA选秀大会的发展问题进行分析。指出,CBA选秀是解决现阶段CBA人才储备不足的重要举措,有利于加速CBA职业化进程;但目前各球队弃权问题、选秀球员边缘化问题、选秀时间与薪资不合理,以及选秀流程与制度的漏洞等,制约着CBA选秀的健康发展。认为,三级训练制度弊端显现,是CBA选秀发展的机遇,但传统青训体系的冲击依然不容忽视。在此基础上提出,应优化选秀流程,重视夏季联赛;CBA公司、大体协、俱乐部、学校等开展多方合作,促进人员技术交流;完善保障措施,提高训练水平;做
