患者男,51岁,体重70kg。因转移性右下腹痛1天于2017年11月20日急诊入院,诊断为急性阑尾炎,拟在全身麻醉下行腹腔镜阑尾切除术。术前急诊血常规、生化及凝血功能均正常。查体:

患者男,51岁,体重70kg。因转移性右下腹痛1天于2017年11月20日急诊入院,诊断为急性阑尾炎,拟在全身麻醉下行腹腔镜阑尾切除术。术前急诊血常规、生化及凝血功能均正常。查体:双肺呼吸音清,心脏听诊无殊。既往有吸烟史、鼾症史,无手术史等。入室后予常规心电监护,血压130/75mmHg,心率98次/min,SpO295%,麻醉诱导:咪达唑仑2mg,丙泊酚140mg,舒芬太尼25μg,罗库溴铵50mg,面罩加压给氧后,插入气管导管。麻醉过程中生命体征平稳,手术顺利,历时40分钟,术中血压140~160/6
