随着技术标准与专利的日益结合,技术标准下的专利联盟已经成为跨国企业联盟在国际竞争中获取利润的重要工具。本文介绍了专利联盟的定义,分析了技术标准下专利联盟的成因,论述了技术标准下专利联盟形成的特点及专利联盟的作用,最后说明了现代专利联盟对我国政府和企业的启示。 With the increasingly combination of technical standards and patents, the patent alliance under the technical standards has become an important tool for multinational corporations to gain profits in the international competition. This paper introduces the definition of the patent alliance, analyzes the causes of the patent alliance under the technical standards, discusses the formation of the patent alliance under the technical standards and the role of the patent alliance.
