幼儿身心处在初长期,决定了幼儿教育的特殊性,也给幼儿教师提出了更高的要求。那么在教育活动中,如何巧妙运用激励语言,促进幼儿身心和谐健康发展呢?多年来的幼教工作实践,使我深深体会到,适时的语言激励,为幼儿提供支持性的帮助,在熟练、巧妙运用激励语言的同时,可配合适当的“体态语”增强教育、教学效果。
Early childhood physical and mental at the early stage, determines the particularity of early childhood education, but also to preschool teachers put forward higher requirements. For many years, the practice of early childhood education has made me realize that timely language stimulation provides support for young children, Ingenious use of motivational language at the same time, with the appropriate “body language ” to enhance education and teaching effectiveness.
