建立了鹰爪豆净油的全二维气相色谱飞行时间质谱(GC×GC/TOFMS)指纹图谱,通过质谱图库检索、保留指数比对、标准化合物参照及文献验证等方法对挥发性成分进行了分离鉴定。结果表明:①从鹰爪豆净油中共鉴定出150种挥发性成分,其中含量较高的成分主要有亚油酸甲酯(10.70%)、亚麻酸(7.90%)、棕榈酸(7.66%)、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯(5.30%)、蘑菇醇(3.65%)、月桂酸乙酯(3.43%)、苯甲酸苄酯(2.97%)、亚油酸乙酯(2.97%)、癸酸乙酯(2.68%)、硬脂酸甲酯(2.68%)、芳樟醇(2.55%)、α-金合欢烯(2.46%)、苯乙醇(2.22%)、油酸甲酯(2.05%)、硬脂酸乙酯(2.05%)和亚麻酸甲酯(2.00%);②正构烷烃、芳香环类和非环类物质在Rxi-5Sil MS×DB-17ht柱系统上实现了族组分分离。
A GC × GC / TOFMS fingerprinting method was developed for the determination of volatile components by using ESI-MS / MS spectra, retention index comparison, reference of standard compounds and literature verification clementines. The results showed as follows: ①A total of 150 volatile components were identified from the net oil of Hawks bean, including linoleic acid (7.90%), palmitic acid (7.66%), , Methyl anthranilate (5.30%), mushroom alcohol (3.65%), ethyl laurate (3.43%), benzyl benzoate (2.97%), ethyl linoleate (2.97%), (2.68%), methyl stearate (2.68%), linalool (2.55%), a-farnesene (2.46%), phenylethyl alcohol (2.22%), methyl oleate (2.05% (2.05%) and methyl linolenate (2.00%). The separation of n-alkanes, aromatic rings and acyclic species on the Rxi-5Sil MS × DB-17ht column system .
