目的:观察中西医结合治疗妇科内分泌失调的临床疗效。方法:将90例妇科内分泌失调患者随机分为两组,每组45例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上根据月经周期给予分期辨证治疗。观察比较两组患者的综合疗效、治疗前后性激素指标变化情况及不良反应发生率。结果:总有效率治疗组为97.8%,明显高于对照组的77.8%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后E2、FSH水平均得到显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组提升幅度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗妇科内分泌失调病症,具有高效、安全、可靠的特点,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of gynecological endocrine disorders. Methods: 90 cases of gynecological endocrine disorders were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine, and the treatment group was given staging dialectical treatment based on the routine treatment of western medicine according to the menstrual cycle. Observed and compared the comprehensive efficacy of two groups of patients before and after treatment of sex hormone changes and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.8%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.8%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The levels of E2 and FSH in both groups were significantly improved after treatment (P <0.05), and the improvement in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in incidence of adverse reactions (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Integrative treatment of gynecological endocrine disorders, with high efficiency, safety and reliability, it is worth in the clinical application.
