福寿草的化学成分研究

目的研究福寿草Adonis amurensis带根全草的化学成分。方法运用硅胶、凝胶、小孔树脂及PR-HPLC等多种色谱技术对福寿草带根全草的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从福寿草带根全草95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部位分离鉴定了15个化合物,其中强心苷类化合物7个,分别为毒毛旋花子苷元(1)、铃兰毒苷(2)、铃兰毒原苷(3)、索马林(4)、洋地黄毒苷元(5)、罗布麻苷(6)、叶含杠柳鼠李糖苷(7);黄酮类化合物5个,分别为木犀草素(8)、芹菜素(9)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸(10)、荭草苷(11)、异槲皮苷(12);木脂素类化合物3个,分别为松脂素(13)、松脂素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(14)、9′-脱羧迷迭香酸-4′-O-(1→4)-半乳糖鼠李糖苷(15)。结论化合物10、13~15是首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3、10、13~15为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Adonis amurensis Methods The chemical constituents of Fusarium gramineus were separated and purified by silica gel, gel, pore resin and PR-HPLC. The chemical structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified from ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts of 95% ethanol extract of Radix Fuschia, and seven of which were cardiac glycosides, which were venom aglycone (1), bell (4), digoxigenin (5), apaspeline (6), and leaf gliadin (7); Five flavonoids were identified as luteolin (8), apigenin (9), apigenin -7-O-β-D-glucuronic acid (12), three of lignan compounds, respectively were phlorolipin (13), terpin-8-O-β-D-glucoside (14) - (1 → 4) - galactose rhamnoside (15). Conclusions Compounds 10, 13-15 are isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 3, 10, 13-15 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
