中小学教师的法律素质决定了教师在日常教育教学过程中依法执教的能力。通过对宁波市中小学教师教育法律素质现状的调研数据进行分析,反映出教师教育法律知识欠缺、权利意识不强、维权方式需要引导等问题,并针对目前教师法制培训中存在的问题进行了分析,提出要加强培训的制度设计、加强培训课程和师资库建设、利用互联网等新工具创新培训形式等培训的有效策略。
