从全球化发展的历史来看,它经历了三个阶段:制造业全球化、服务业全球化和创新全球化。在这一新的历史背景下,中国文化创意产业的建设重点是:培育以企业家精神为代表的核心动力,攀升全球文化价值链的高端;以创新城市为节点,培育多元要素协同的创新生态环境;推动要素双向流通,在引进高端要素的同时,加快自主创新和对外输出,实施产业升级的路径。
Viewed from the history of globalization, it has gone through three stages: manufacturing globalization, service globalization and innovation globalization.
