以氨基磺酸为催化剂,对以异丁醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成异丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛进行了研究。较系统地研究了醛醇摩尔比,催化剂用量,反应时间,带水剂诸因素对收率的影响,结果表明:氨基磺酸是合成异丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂,最佳反应条件为:异丁醛为0.2 mol,n(异丁醛)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.5,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的6.8%,带水剂环己烷15 ml,反应时间60 min。上述条件下,异丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达71.15%。
The sulfamic acid was used as catalyst to synthesize isobutyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal from isobutyraldehyde and 1,2-propanediol. The effects of aldol molar ratio, catalyst amount, reaction time and water-entraining agent on the yield were studied systematically. The results showed that sulfamic acid was a good catalyst for the synthesis of isobutyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: isobutyl aldehyde is 0.2 mol, n (1,2-propanediol) = 1: 1.5, the amount of catalyst is 6.8% of the total mass of the reactants, cyclohexane 15 ml, reaction time 60 min. Under the above conditions, the yield of isobutyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal reached 71.15%.
