本文分析了“先进制造业基地”应该具有的内涵，并用现代化与国际化两个方面概括了先进制造业基地应该具有的基本特征。指出“整合”与“创新”是建设先进制造业基地的关键所在，并且应该将“整合”与“创新”结合起来。
