培训对于提高员工综合素质、操作技能和管理水平,进一步促进企业发展起着十分重要的作用,这已成为企业管理层、培训工作者和全体员工的共识。但是,如何提高培训质量,把培训做好、做实、做出成效,形成卓越培训,仍然是需要不断探索的现实课题。
Training plays an important role in improving the overall quality of employees, operational skills and management, and further promoting the development of the enterprise. This has become the consensus of management, trainers and employees. However, how to improve the quality of training, to do a good job of training, to make it work, to be effective and to form excellent training is still a real issue that needs constant exploration.
