棉子糖及水苏糖是大豆低聚糖的主要组成成分,属于半乳糖苷类非还原性功能低聚糖,在保健性食品、糖果和医药及饲料添加剂方面有广泛的应用。两种寡糖胃肠吸收虽少,但生物活性很高,具有防癌、抗癌、抗衰老、降血脂及防治心脑血管病等功能,还能促进外周血T淋巴细胞的增强。正常人每天仅需摄取2~5g的棉子糖或水苏糖就能促进双歧杆菌的增殖,提高机体免疫力。棉子糖及水苏糖具有的整肠作用能促进肠道内有益菌群的活化和增殖,促进对矿物元素的吸收。饲料中添加0.1%~0.3%的水苏糖就能提高动物的抗病能力。已经证明,水苏糖具有对动物机体的免疫调节作用,但这两种糖对中性粒细胞这一非特异性免疫系统中重要的效应细胞的影响目前尚未有研究,本文就该方面问题做了初步研究。
