目的建立用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)快速、准确测定鱼肉中铊的方法。方法优化微波消解前处理手段,采用ICP-MS测定样品中铊的含量。结果本方法在0.5~10μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)=0.999 9,检出限为0.2μg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)<10%,加标回收率为80%~99%。结论用微波消解-ICP-MS测定铊是一种灵敏准确、方便快速的检测方法。
Objective To establish a rapid and accurate method for the determination of thallium in fish by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods The microwave digestion pretreatment method was optimized, and the content of thallium in the sample was determined by ICP-MS. Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 0.5-10 μg / L with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.999 9, a detection limit of 0.2 μg / kg, a relative standard deviation (RSD) of less than 10% and a spiked recoveries of 80% 99%. Conclusion The determination of thallium by microwave digestion-ICP-MS is a sensitive, accurate and convenient detection method.
