多数压铸机自身都不能测定铸件的准确凝固时间。因此,打开压铸型的时间,通常是实验测得的金属液凝固所需最长的时间,并由定时器控制。这就使铸件在压铸型中滞留时间超过铸件准确凝固所需时问的0.3~0.7倍,使设备生产率降低13~23%。实践证明,利用升高电磁泵电流测定金属液凝固时刻的方法,不能测定在机械或气体压力作用下的金属液凝固时刻,在有浇注介质时也不能采用。因此,需要有一种用途广泛的铸件凝固时刻测定装置。
Most die-casting machines can not measure the exact casting solidification time. Therefore, the time to open the die-casting type is usually the maximum time required for experimentally measured liquid metal coagulation and is controlled by a timer. This makes the casting in the die-casting mold retention time exceeds the exact time required to solidify 0.3 to 0.7 times asked, so that equipment productivity decreased by 13 to 23%. Practice has proved that the use of increased electromagnetic pump current measurement method of solidification time of molten metal can not be measured under the mechanical or gas pressure liquid metal coagulation moment, can not be used in casting media. Therefore, there is a need for a wide range of casting solidification time measuring devices.
