肿瘤多药耐药(multidrug resistance,MDR)是导致肿瘤化疗失败、影响治疗效果的主要原因之一。随着生物技术的快速发展,纳米载体在逆转MDR方面呈现出增强药物靶向性、减少药物外排、降低药物毒副作用等明显优势,受到国内外学者的广泛关注。本文就肿瘤MDR发生机制和纳米载体逆转MDR方面的研究成果作一综述。
Tumor multidrug resistance (MDR) is one of the main reasons leading to the failure of chemotherapy and the effect of treatment. With the rapid development of biotechnology, nanocarriers have shown obvious advantages in reversing MDR, such as enhancing drug targeting, reducing drug efflux, and reducing drug toxicity and side effects, which have attracted wide attention from domestic and foreign scholars. This review summarizes the research on the mechanism of tumor MDR and the reversal of MDR by nanocarriers.
