各市人民政府,省政府各厅委、各直属机构:《国务院批转财政部、国家计委等部门<交通和车辆税费改革实施方案>的通知》(国发[2000]34号)下发后,国家开征车辆购置税取代车辆购置附加费的政策已于2001年1月1日顺利出台,开征燃油税取代养路费、公路客货运附加费、公路运输管理费、航道养护费、水路运输管理费、水运客货运附加费(以下简称“六费”)的政策将在适当时候出台。为做好我省交通和车辆税费改革的准备工作,经省政府同意,现就有关事宜通知如下:
