目的了解某市2家人造板生产企业职业卫生状况,为职业病防治提供依据。方法以问卷与现场调查相结合的方式进行调查,根据国标规定的方法进行职业病危害因素检测。结果 2家木板加工企业存在的职业病危害因素主要是粉尘、甲醛和噪声。空气中粉尘时间加权平均浓度为0.3~2.4mg/m3,短时间接触浓度为0.5~13.8mg/m3,检测岗位合格率90.9%;甲醛短时间接触浓度为0.03~2.34mg/m3,检测岗位合格率76.7%;噪声检测岗位合格率87.0%。2家企业职业卫生管理措施尚不够建全。结论 2家企业应进一步完善职业卫生管理措施,根据职业病危害的薄弱环节加以改进。
Objective To understand the occupational health status of two wood-based panel manufacturing enterprises in a city and provide basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods The survey was conducted in a combination of questionnaires and on-site investigations, and the occupational hazards were tested according to the methods prescribed by the national standard. Results The main hazards of occupational diseases in the two wood processing enterprises are dust, formaldehyde and noise. The time-weighted average concentration of dust in air is 0.3-2.4mg / m3, the short-term contact concentration is 0.5-13.8mg / m3, the passing rate of the test post is 90.9%, the short-term formaldehyde concentration is 0.03-2.34mg / m3, Rate of 76.7%; noise detection post pass rate of 87.0%. 2 enterprises occupational health management measures are not enough enough. Conclusion The two enterprises should further improve occupational health management measures and improve them according to the weak links of occupational disease hazards.
