针对辽河油田兴古7块等潜山油藏特性和其安全钻井、油气层保护工作的需要,目前在潜山井段使用无固相钻井液体系、低固相钻井液体系和水包油钻井液体系。为了改进现有体系的不足,进行了新型甲酸盐钻井液体系的研究。通过对复合甲酸盐产品室内研究,优选出合适的流型调节剂、润滑剂、降滤失剂等处理剂,形成新型甲酸盐钻井液体系。
In response to the characteristics of buried hill reservoirs such as the Xingu 7 block in Liaohe Oilfield and the need for safe drilling and reservoir protection, at present, there are no solid-phase drilling fluid systems, low-solid-phase drilling fluid systems and oil-in-water drilling fluids system. In order to improve the deficiencies of the existing system, a new type of formate drilling fluid system was studied. Through the study of complex formate products, we have found out the suitable formate flow control agent, lubricant and fluid loss control agent to form a new formate drilling fluid system.
