目的 观察家兔骨骼肌在静态负荷过程中血清肌酸激酶 (CK)和乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活力的变化 ,研究抗氧化剂维生素E对肌肉损伤的保护作用。方法 将家兔分为 3组 ,一组为空白对照组 ,另外两组家兔腰部施加一定的静态负荷 ,并给其中一组口服维生素E ,分别于实验的不同时间取血 ,并测定 3组动物血清中CK、LDH的活力。结果 口服维生素E组与观察组动物血清CK活力都随实验时间的延长而升高 ,各个时点的血清CK活力与对照组相比 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;但维生素E组血清CK活力在 6、9及 12h时分别为 (5 880 .3± 12 42 .1)、(6 75 6 .7± 10 6 9.2 )、(780 0 .0± 5 0 6 .4)IU/L ,均低于观察组 [(96 93.7± 2 336 .5 )、(1186 2 .3± 3839.6 )、(15 812 .5± 2 311.9)IU/L],差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。观察组的LDH活力随时间延长而增高 ,3、6、9、12h时LDH活力分别为 (380 .8± 49.5 )、(398.5± 96 .5 )、(433.2± 10 7.9)、(414.7± 96 .9)IU/L ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;维生素E组各个时点LDH活力与对照组相比 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 静态负荷可引起血清CK活力及LDH活力不同程度的升高 ,提示肌细胞膜通透性增高 ,骨骼肌有一定程度的损伤 ,维生素E对这类损伤有一定的保护作用?
Objective To observe the changes of serum creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity in skeletal muscle of rabbits during static load, and to study the protective effect of antioxidant vitamin E on muscle injury. Methods Rabbits were divided into three groups, one was blank control group, the other two rabbits were given a static load at the waist, and one of them was given oral vitamin E, blood was taken at different times of the experiment, and 3 groups Animal serum CK, LDH activity. Results Serum CK activity in oral vitamin E group and observation group increased with the prolongation of experimental time. The serum CK activity at each time point was significantly different from that in control group (P <0.01) Serum CK activity in group E were (5 880.3 ± 12 42.1), (6 75 6 .7 ± 10 6 9.2), (780 0 .5 ± 5 0.6 6) at 6, 9 and 12 h, respectively IU / L, were lower than the observation group [(96 93.7 ± 2 336.5), (1186 2 .3 ± 3839.6), (15 812.5 ± 2 311.9) IU / L], the difference was significant (P < 0 .0 1). The activity of LDH in the observation group increased with time, the activity of LDH at 3, 6, 9 and 12 h were (380.8 ± 49.5), (398.5 ± 96.5), (433.2 ± 10 7.9) and (414.7 ± 96 .9) IU / L, compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0. 05); vitamin E group at each time point LDH activity compared with the control group, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion The static load can cause the increase of serum CK activity and LDH activity to some extent, suggesting that the permeability of muscle cell membrane is increased and the skeletal muscle is damaged to a certain extent. Vitamin E has some protective effects on this kind of injury.
