对兴凯湖松健株和被松栎柱锈菌(Cronartium quercuum)侵染的病株种子根尖细胞,做显微观察及核型分析。结果表明:兴凯湖松被 C.quercu-um 侵染后,其细胞分裂相减少,分裂相细胞粘滞性增强。细胞核型由对照的4A 变成4B,但细胞染色体数目和核型构成没有发生变化。
The root tip cells of diseased plants of Xingkaihu pine and infected by Cronartium quercuum were observed microscopically and karyotyped. The results showed that after Xingkaihu pine was infected by C.quercu-um, its cell division phase decreased and cell division of dividing phase increased. The karyotype changed from the control 4A to 4B, but there was no change in the number of chromosomes and karyotypes.
