中药汤剂仍为临床上常用的剂型,因其能使药物间互相促进,相互制约,以达增强疗效缓和药性之目的。汤剂能充分发挥方剂中各药物间的配伍作用,中医使用最广,然其煎煮方法正确与否与疗效密切相关。明代的医药学家李时珍指出:“凡服汤剂、虽药品专精,修治如法,而煎药者鲁莽造次,火候失度,则药无功”。清代名医徐灵胎也说过:“药虽中病,而煎法失度,当必无效”。下面将中药汤剂的煎服法作一探讨。
Traditional Chinese medicine decoction is still a commonly used dosage form in clinical practice, because it can make drugs promote each other and restrict each other, so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing curative effect to ease drug properties. Decoction can make full use of the compatibility of various drugs in prescriptions. Chinese medicine is the most widely used, but the decoction method is closely related to the efficacy. Li Shizhen, a medical scientist of the Ming Dynasty, pointed out: “Whenever taking decoction, although the drug is specializing in, repairing and treating like the law, and the decocters are making reckless times, if the temperature is not correct, the drug will be ineffective.” Xu Lingtai, a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty, also said: “Though the medicine is a disease, the method of decoction is not valid, it must be invalid.” The decoction method of traditional Chinese medicine decoction is discussed below.
