目的:本次教学活动目的在于通过护士对ICU临床护理知识的掌握,和实际的临床应用,发现在教学过程中存在的针对性问题,并提出解决的方案,从而提高护理教学水平。方法:选取本院50名护生,对临床护理中发现的问题积极讨论研究,找到解决问题的改进措施。结果:在ICU临床护理中,护生人员存在相同的问题,如对新环境的适应能力比较薄弱,对病人的病情观察的不够仔细,不能深入的了解病情,同时对知识的掌握能力较差,不能将知识很好的应用于实践中,和病人的沟通能力差。对以上问题,分别采取针对性的解决方法,从而提高临床护理教学质量。结论:制定相应的学习计划,激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学生的学习积极性,培养学生善于发现问题、解决问题的能力,加大对突发情况的应急能力的培养,提高学生和带教老师的合作能力的培训,进而提高教学质量。
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this teaching activity is to find out the specific problems existing in the teaching process through the nurses’ mastery of clinical nursing knowledge of ICU and the actual clinical application, and to propose solutions to improve the nursing teaching level. Methods: 50 nurses in our hospital were selected to actively discuss the problems found in clinical nursing and to find the improvement measures to solve the problems. Results: In the ICU clinical nursing, nursing students have the same problems, such as the ability to adapt to the new environment is relatively weak, the patient’s condition is not observed carefully enough, can not in-depth understanding of the disease, at the same time the ability to master the knowledge is poor, Good knowledge can not be applied in practice, poor communication skills with patients. On the above issues, respectively, to take targeted solutions to improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching. Conclusion: To formulate the corresponding study plan, to stimulate students’ interest in learning, to arouse their enthusiasm for learning, to cultivate students’ abilities of finding problems and solving problems, to cultivate students’ abilities to respond to emergencies, to improve the students’ and teachers’ Cooperation skills training, thereby enhancing the quality of teaching.
