心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)是心血管疾病的终末期表现和最主要的死因。对其进行危险度分层及死亡率的预测,一直是备受关注的临床研究领域。心电学参数以无创、简单、可靠等优点逐渐展现了广阔的应用前景。本综述旨在分析QRS时限、心室晚电位、T波电交替、窦性心率震荡、心率减速力与连续心率减速力、室性早搏与非持续性室速等心电学参数在评估HF患者预后中的应用价值及最新研究进展,有助于我国临床工作者更加准确地评估HF患者病情,并及时采取相应的干预性治疗。
Heart failure (HF) is the terminal manifestation of cardiovascular disease and the leading cause of death. The risk stratification and mortality prediction, has been the field of clinical research of great concern. ECG parameters to non-invasive, simple, reliable and other advantages gradually show a broad application prospects. The purpose of this review is to assess the prognostic value of QRS duration, ventricular late potential, alternating T wave, sinus rhythm, heart rate deceleration and continuous heart rate deceleration, premature ventricular contractions and non-sustained ventricular rate The value of the application and the latest research progress will help our clinicians to evaluate the condition of HF patients more accurately and take corresponding interventional treatment in time.
