钨渗铜喉衬是极其重要的部件。为了保证质量,消除隐患,进行了无损探伤方法的研究。通过超声波纵波脉冲反射法的具体应用,着重介绍了钨渗铜参考试块的设计,纵波声速的测定,耦合剂及探头的选择,近场内实用AVG图的绘制,探伤灵敏度的确定,以及平面座标样板法的判伤。检测灵敏度达到了φ1平底孔当量大小。为解决复杂型面的钨渗铜喉衬的半成品或棒料的探伤开辟了新的途径,收到了显著的效果。
