耿军其人一如其电影:生动、诙谐,却毫不放弃抓住每个细节处表达思想。他从自身生活经历、生活环境中汲取了绝大部分灵感,其经历也明显不同于这个时代大多数影像工作者。在家乡黑龙江鹤岗读完中专后,一头跌入社会的他当过矿工,经历了电视广告给小城里年轻人带来的冲击,赋闲时开始动笔、写了第一个剧本《画圈》。不到二十岁便半欺半瞒着家人去了北京,推销过速冻饺子、做过宾馆服务生、与朋友开过台球厅,囊中羞涩的日子里,更广泛地接触了中国当代文学。此后,广告公司、杂志社、电视台……社会一点点在他面前展开书卷。从打工仔到独立电影人,耿军注定不走平凡路。 Geng Jun their film as a vivid, witty, but did not give up to grasp every detail at the expression of ideas.
