角叉菜胶致大鼠足爪肿模型是研究抗炎药物的常用方法。部分作者主张,致肿剂应于用前24h配制,否则影响致肿效果,但缺乏实验依据。本文应用24h或1wk前配制的角叉菜胶进行比较,二者对大鼠后足容积变化百分率的趋势及峰值均无显著差异(p>0.05);所致足肿胀对水杨酸钠300mg/kg,ip的抗炎作用亦无明显差异(p>0.5),此抗炎作用与NS ip对照组比较,抑肿作用显著(p<0.01)。
Carrageenan-induced paw paw swelling in rats is a common method for the study of anti-inflammatory drugs. Some authors claim that the swollen agent should be prepared 24 h before use, otherwise it will affect the swelling effect, but it lacks experimental basis. In this paper, carrageenan prepared before 24h or 1wk was used for comparison. There was no significant difference in the trend and peak value of the rat’s hindfoot volume change (p>0.05). The resulting paw swelling was 300mg/sodium salicylate. The anti-inflammatory effects of kg and ip were also not significantly different (p>0.5). This anti-inflammatory effect was significantly greater than that of the NS ip control group (p<0.01).
