目的观察评价三维适形放射治疗技术(3DCRT)治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的疗效。方法 6MV-X射线直线加速器对45例中晚期肝癌进行三维适形放疗。单次剂量2～3.5Gy,每天1次,5次/周,总剂量45～55Gy。结果完全缓解(CR)6.7%,部分缓解(PR)60.0%,无效(NC)22.2%,进展(PD)11.1%,总有效率(CR+PR)为66.7%。1a生存率为78.2%。结论三维适形放射治疗原发性肝癌能延长生存,提高生活质量,三维适形放疗是治疗不能手术的中晚期肝癌的有效途径。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer. Methods Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy was performed on 45 patients with advanced liver cancer by 6MV-X-ray linear accelerator. A single dose of 2 ~ 3.5Gy, 1 day, 5 times / week, the total dose of 45 ~ 55Gy. Results The patients with complete remission (CR) 6.7%, partial remission (PR) 60.0%, ineffective (NC) 22.2%, progressive (PD) 11.1% and total effective rate (CR + PR) 66.7%. 1a survival rate was 78.2%. Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy of primary liver cancer can prolong survival and improve quality of life. Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy is an effective way to treat advanced liver cancer inoperable.
