对东风4型机车传动轴的常见故障进行了分析，指出了压盖螺栓断、万向节损坏、弹性柱销联轴器法兰间隙过大、间隙不均的主要原因，并提出了相应的对策及建议。
The common failures of the transmission shaft of DF4 locomotive are analyzed. The main reasons for the failure of the gland bolts, the damage of universal joints, the excessive flange clearance of the elastic pin coupling flanges and the uneven clearance are pointed out and the corresponding Countermeasures and suggestions.
