人民日报5月25日一版发表了《减少会议,改进会风》的评论员文章;7月29日四版又发表了《治治开会癖》的《漫话》。这些言论都很切合实际。由此我想到,报纸上会议报道太多的“病症”,也应该好好治一治。我统计了一下7月份人民日报的会议消息,登在一至四版头条的就有20件;29日头版9条新闻,有6条是会议新闻,成了“会议专版”了。至于一些省、市报纸,对上边会议消息要照转,本省会议新闻又必登,会议报道泛滥的情况,更是不消说的了。
On May 25, People’s Daily published a commentator’s article on “Reducing Conferences and Improving Meeting Style”. On July 29, the fourth edition published the “Talk about Mania”. These comments are very realistic. From this I came to realize that too many “illness” reports in newspaper meetings should also be treated well. I counted about the meeting news of the People’s Daily in July. There are 20 headlines on the first to fourth editions of the headlines. On the 29th front page, there are 9 news items and 6 of them are the news of the meeting and become the “meeting special edition.” As for some provincial and municipal newspapers, it is needless to say that the news of the meeting at the top of the province needs to be taken into consideration and the news of the provincial meeting must go to the summit again.
