本文以杨桥引黄灌区为例,研究主要从灌区节水灌溉技术和工程改造方案2方面入手,调查研究灌区现状及存在的问题、灌区的自然地理、社会经济等基本情况,在总结探讨节水型灌区建设相关理论的基础上,通过灌区的水资源供需平衡分析,推荐了节水改造工程布置方案,完成了经济评价分析,说明灌区实施节水改造工程在经济上是合理的。通过建设节水型灌区,充分挖掘农业节水潜力,提高了渠系水利用系数和灌溉保证率,扩大了灌溉面积,提高了资源利用率,节约了水资源,促进了农业结构调整,对增加农民收入,推动当地的经济发展具有重大意义。
This paper takes Yangqiao Diversion Yellow River Irrigation Area as an example. The research mainly starts from the aspects of water-saving irrigation technology and project transformation in irrigation area, investigates the current situation and existing problems of irrigation area, the natural geography, social economy and other basic conditions of irrigation district. Based on the theory of water-based irrigated area construction, through water supply and demand balance analysis of irrigation district, we recommended the water-saving renovation project layout plan and finished the economic evaluation analysis, which shows that it is economically reasonable to implement water-saving reform project in the irrigated area. Through the construction of water-saving irrigation areas, fully tap the potential of agricultural water saving, improve canal water utilization coefficient and irrigation guarantee rate, expand irrigation area, improve resource utilization, save water resources, promote agricultural restructuring, and increase Farmers income, promote the local economic development of great significance.
