绝经前妇女和其乳腺癌之间的生物动力学与月经周期有关,因此选择早期乳腺癌外科切除术的适宜时机,对患者的治愈率和存活率可能产生积极的影响。在月经周期推定的黄体早期实施乳腺癌切除术的妇女比那些在月经期或接近月经期实施切除术的妇女10年生存率高4倍。在月经周期内进行乳癌的时机化手术是改善绝经前妇女乳腺癌手术预后的最佳途径。
The biological dynamics between premenopausal women and their breast cancers is related to the menstrual cycle, so choosing the right time for surgical resection of early breast cancer may have a positive effect on the patient’s cure rate and survival rate. Women who had undergone breast cancer resection in the early corpus luteum presumed in the menstrual cycle had a four-year survival rate that was four times higher than those who had resections at or near menstruation. Timing of breast cancer during the menstrual cycle is the best way to improve the prognosis of breast cancer in premenopausal women.
