《部队卫生机构建设和工作标准》下发后,66389部队周密部署,突出基础建设,强化规范管理,深入开展创建为部队服务先进单位活动,较好地解决了建设、管理;服务中存在的问题,卫生机构建设取得明显成效,医疗设施趋于完善,服务保障职能得以充分发挥,92％的卫生机构达到了《标准》要求,部队整体卫勤保障能力上了一个新台阶。
After the issuance of the “Military Health Institutions Construction and Work Standards”, the 66389 troops were carefully deployed, highlighting the basic construction, strengthening the standardization of management, and intensifying the activities of creating advanced units for the armed forces to better solve the problems of construction and management; Significant achievements have been made in the construction of health institutions, medical facilities tend to be perfected, and service support functions have been fully realized. 92% of the health institutions have met the requirements of the “Standards” and the overall military force protection capability has reached a new level.
