为积极探索加强执法规范化,队伍专业化和管理科学化的长效管理机制,促进队伍建设。我院从强化管理机制入手,在建设实施了目标量化考核的机制上,通过实践和创新,逐步从单一的目标考核机制逐步形成了一套以能力、业绩为核心的履职绩效考核评价机制,在加强绩效考核方面取得了长足发展。
In order to actively explore and strengthen the standardization of law enforcement, team specialization and scientific management of long-term management mechanism to promote team building. Starting from strengthening the management mechanism, our institute gradually set up a set of mechanism of performance appraisal based on capability and performance through practice and innovation from a single objective assessment mechanism.
