目的:观察中西医结合治疗创伤骨折的临床疗效。方法:对80例创伤骨折患者做回顾性分析,随机分组,对照组40例,观察组40例。对照组采取常规外固定、手术钢板内固定等西医治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上,加用中药内服、外敷治疗,对两组患者临床疗效做对比分析。结果:观察组治疗显效率为75%,对照组显效率为57.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为90%,对照组治疗有效率为72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者骨折后愈合时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的患者软组织修复情况,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取中西医结合方式治疗创伤骨科,能标本兼治,内外兼顾,可帮助手术部位重建骨骼,提高软组织连续性,从而使得骨组织环境能得到良好的调节,减少瘢痕,骨抗感染能力加强,软组织和骨组织的修复功能提升,快速帮助患者恢复肢体功能。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of traumatic fracture. Methods: Eighty patients with traumatic fracture were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases). The control group was treated by conventional external fixation and surgical plate fixation. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine (OTC) and topical external application on the basis of western medicine treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results: The effective rate of observation group was 75%, while that of control group was 57.5%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The observation group, the effective rate was 90%, the control group, the effective rate was 72.5%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The fracture healing time in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the observation group soft tissue repair patients, significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of traumatic orthopedics by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine can treat the both internal and external problems both in internal and external ways, which can help reconstruct the skeleton and improve the soft tissue continuity of the surgical site, so that the bone tissue environment can be well regulated, reduce scarring, strengthen the anti-infection ability of the bone, Soft tissue and bone tissue repair function to enhance and quickly help patients recover limb function.
