随着改革进入深水期这一时代发展阶段的到来,国有企业生产经营机制面临着新一轮冲击与调整,国有企业要生存、发展、壮大,需要拥有更高思想素质的人才。在新时期,现今国有企业的思政工作难以适应形势发展需要,在实践中暴露出一系列问题。面对挑战,国有企业思想政治工作者只有更新观念,调整思路,才能开创出国有企业思想政治工作的新局面。
With the advent of the stage of development in this era when the reform is entering the deep-water stage, the production and operation mechanism of state-owned enterprises is confronted with a new round of shocks and readjustments. To survive, develop and grow, state-owned enterprises need talent with higher ideological qualifications. In the new era, the current state-owned enterprises’ ideological and political work can hardly meet the needs of the development of the situation and expose a series of problems in practice. In the face of challenges, only by renewing their concepts and adjusting their thinking, ideological and political workers in state-owned enterprises can create a new situation in the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises.
