目的探究健康教育在孕产妇围产期保健中的临床应用。方法浙江省余姚市第二人民医院接受产前检查的200名孕产妇,其中实验组为自愿参加围产期健康教育的孕妇100名,对照组为不参加围产期健康教育的孕妇100名。对比两组孕产妇自然分娩率,产程时限以及新生儿评分情况和孕产妇生活质量。结果实验组孕产妇自然分娩率显著高于对照组;实验组第一产程、第二产程及总产程时间明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组与对照组比较,躯体功能,角色功能,情绪功能,认知功能,社会功能及总体健康状况评分均提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围生期孕产妇行健康教育十分重要,能够提高自然分娩率,缩短产程,有助于新生儿的身体健康,并显著提高孕产妇的生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical application of health education in perinatal care of pregnant women. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women undergoing prenatal care were investigated at the Second People ’s Hospital of Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province. Among them, 100 were pregnant women who volunteered for perinatal health education in the experimental group and 100 were pregnant women who did not participate in perinatal health education. Comparing the two groups of natural delivery rate of pregnant women, labor duration and neonatal score and quality of life of pregnant women. Results The rate of spontaneous childbirth in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group. The time of first stage of labor, second stage of labor and length of labor in experimental group were significantly less than those in control group (P <0.05). Compared with control group , Body function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function and general health status were significantly improved (all P <0.05). Conclusion Perinatal maternal health education is very important, can improve the rate of natural childbirth, shorten the birth process, contribute to the health of newborns, and significantly improve the quality of life of pregnant women.
