Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) is regarded as one of the most important cultural legacies of Chinese nation.With its spread to western countries, it has been acknowledged by scholars in both academic and practical fields. Therefore, numerous scholars have been involved in the translation of TCM into English to promote its development. However, few scholars have embarked upon translation of TCM into Macedonian language. To make up this blank, the research aims to discuss the principles involved in the translation of TCM terminology into the Macedonian language and afterwards provides practical translation methods.
