针对我国目前法学本科实践性教学中存在的重理论轻实践、教学与法律事务脱节等问题,对现有实践基地进行教学探索,使实践基地教学功能多样化,并成为课程教学的有机组成部分,全方位地培养学生的实践能力,实现实践教学体系化、规范化,进一步促使学生专业实践和理论教学紧密衔接,充分发挥实践基地平台作用。 Aiming at the problems such as the light practice of the heavy theory and the disconnection between the teaching and the legal affairs in the practical teaching of undergraduate law of our country, the existing practice base is probed into and explored, which makes the practice base diversified in teaching function and becomes an integral part of the course teaching. All-round training students practical ability to practice teaching systematization and standardization, to further promote the professional practice of students and theoretical teaching closely linked to give full play to the role of platform for the practice base.
