通过对泾河流域雨落坪、杨家坪和张家山三个主要水文站产流特性的分析,建立了两种降雨产流模型,并用之分片计算了流域1970年~1989年人类活动对地表径流量的影响量。计算结果表明:1970年~1989年泾河张家山以上(包括泾惠渠引水)人类活动年均减水5.796亿m3,占总减水量的90%;因降雨年均减水0.656亿m3,占总减水量的10%;泾惠渠年均引水量4.395亿m3,占人类活动总减水量的75.8%。
