对蜡熟期的玉米种子在不同含水量下,测定其发芽率。结果表明,玉米种子的含水量对发芽率有很大的影响,种子含水量在35.00%～20.00%,随着种子的含水量降低发芽率不断提高,当种子水分含量降至17.00%以下时,各品种发芽率均接近标准水分发芽率值。试验结果还表明,不同品种的发芽率与水分的关系也存在着一定的差异。
The waxy maturity of corn seeds in different water content, the determination of the germination rate. The results showed that the water content of maize seeds had a great effect on the germination rate. The seed moisture content was between 35.00% and 20.00%. With the seed moisture content decreasing, the germination rate increased continuously. When the seed moisture content dropped below 17.00% The germination rate of all varieties are close to the standard value of germination rate. The test results also show that the germination rate of different varieties and the relationship between water there are some differences.
