采用高能球磨法制备了纳米TiN/Ti复合晶粒细化剂,研究了该细化剂对7050铝合金铸态组织和性能的影响。结果表明,0.2%的复合细化剂对7050铝合金细化效果明显优于纯Ti细化剂,可使合金平均晶粒尺寸由未添加细化剂的105.5μm细化至83.5μm,组织中的第二相细小、分布较均匀。添加了复合细化剂的7050铝合金铸态抗拉强度由未添加细化剂的187.8MPa提高至220.8MPa,硬度(HB)由未添加细化剂时的97.63提高至102.7。
The nano-TiN / Ti composite grain refiner was prepared by high energy ball milling and the effect of the refiner on the as-cast microstructure and properties of 7050 aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that the refinement of 7050 aluminum alloy is better than that of pure Ti, the average grain size of refined 7050 aluminum alloy is refined from 105.5μm without adding refiner to 83.5μm, The second phase is small, more evenly distributed. The as-cast tensile strength of 7050 aluminum alloy with compound refiner was increased from 187.8 MPa without addition of refiner to 220.8 MPa, and the hardness (HB) increased from 97.63 with no refiner added to 102.7 MPa.
