2016年,我国经济实现平稳较快增长,区域经济发展出现分化重塑趋势,突出表现为经济增长点、增长极和增长带的带动辐射作用越来越强,形成经济发展的“点”和“轴”;开放型经济发展较好的区域增长动力较为充足,而优质要素资源集聚能力不强、经济结构较为单一的区域经济发展面临一定困境;在传统“四大板块”发展格局的基础上,区域发展进一步分化,南方经济整体活跃度高于北方,长江经济带和泛珠三角流域间联动发展趋势加强,区域经济发展在一定程度上呈现“点轴带动、开放拉动、要素驱动、流域联动”的分化重塑新趋势。为适应这一发展趋势,应因势利导、补足短板,优化区域发展战略布局,合理配置资源要素,加快体制机制创新,进一步提高开放水平,加快形成区域经济协调协同发展新格局。
