目的比较快速生物指示剂与常规生物指示剂对环氧乙烷灭菌监测效果,寻找环氧乙烷灭菌效果快速检测方法。方法通过环氧乙烷生物指示剂抗力评估系统,对两种培养法生物指示剂监测环氧乙烷灭菌效果比较。结果在相同环氧乙烷灭菌设定条件下,灭菌20 min和120 min,两种方法培养生物指示剂的结果一致;70 min灭菌时段,两种培养法持续培养48 h结果一致,但快速培养法在培养4 h的结果与培养48 h的结果不一致。结论环氧乙烷生物监测快速培养法相比常规培养法,拥有更快速评判灭菌效果的能力,但可能存在假阳性的结果。
Objective To compare the effect of rapid biological indicator and conventional biological indicator on the monitoring of ethylene oxide sterilization, and to find a rapid detection method of ethylene oxide sterilization. Methods The ethylene oxide biological indicator resistance evaluation system was used to compare the two kinds of biological indicators to monitor the sterilization effect of ethylene oxide. Results In the same conditions of ethylene oxide sterilization, sterilization 20 min and 120 min, the two methods of biological indicators of biological culture consistent results; 70 min sterilization period, the two culture methods for 48 h sustained the same results, However, the results of the rapid culture method at 4 h were not consistent with the results at 48 h. Conclusion Compared with the conventional culture method, ethylene oxide biological monitoring rapid culture method has the ability of more rapid evaluation of sterilization effect, but there may be false positive results.
