尽管冠心病的治疗取得了巨大进展,仍有很大一部分病人因为严重的冠状动脉病变而不能完全性血运重建。基因治疗和细胞治疗等用于促进心肌血管再生和冠脉侧支循环的建立,可能为这部分患者带来新的希望。而基因治疗和细胞治疗可以通过不同的途径实现,动物实验和临床研究显示各种途径的疗效可能有一定差异。现就心脏再生治疗的各种途径的特点及各种途径的疗效差异做一综述。
Despite the tremendous progress made in the treatment of coronary heart disease, a large proportion of patients still can not complete revascularization due to severe coronary artery disease. Gene therapy and cell therapy for the promotion of myocardial revascularization and the establishment of coronary collateral circulation may bring some new hope for this part of patients. While gene therapy and cell therapy can be achieved through different ways, animal experiments and clinical studies have shown that the efficacy of various pathways may be somewhat different. Now on the characteristics of the various ways of cardiac regeneration and treatment of various ways to make a summary of the differences.
