探讨了利用正相硅胶-反相洗脱系统测定毛果芸香碱的HPLC色谱条件。结果表明,流动相(乙腈为主体)中的含水量、磷酸与三乙胺的用量、pH都程度不同地改变该药物的保留时间。最佳色谱条件是:检测波长217nm,流动相为含0.005%磷酸的80%乙腈(以1mol/LNaOH调节pH=5)。
The HPLC chromatographic conditions for the determination of pilocarpine using normal phase silica gel - reversed-phase eluting system were discussed. The results show that the mobile phase (acetonitrile as the main) of the water content, the amount of phosphoric acid and triethylamine, the pH changes to varying degrees of the drug retention time. The best chromatographic conditions were as follows: the detection wavelength was 217nm and the mobile phase was 80% acetonitrile containing 0.005% phosphoric acid (pH = 5 with 1mol / L NaOH).
