随着网络信息时代的到来,高校网络舆情给高校思想政治工作带来了新的影响和挑战,研究网络舆情成为高校思想政治工作新的重要课题之一。文章从网络舆情概念界定入手,系统分析网络舆情的形成特点和规律,进而探讨高校网络舆情的形成规律。
With the advent of the era of network information, the public opinion in colleges and universities has brought new influences and challenges to the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. It has become one of the important new topics in ideological and political work in universities. The article begins with the definition of online public opinion, systematically analyzes the forming characteristics and regularities of online public opinion, and then explores the formation of network public opinion in colleges and universities.
