造血器官恶性肿瘤及再生障碍性贫血等合并感染,多较危重,常需广谱抗生素或多种抗生素联用治疗。对9例血液病(包括急性髓性白血病、急性髓性单核细胞性白血病、急性淋巴细胞性白血病、慢性髓性白血病急性发作、恶性淋巴瘤、骨髓纤维化、多发性骨髓瘤、再生障碍性贫血)合并感染的患者,年令35～78岁,平均59.3岁,给予头孢替坦(CTT)2g,2次/日,静滴;西索米星(SISO)50～75mg,溶于100ml生理盐水中,2～3次/日,2小时内静滴完。
