为确保机电设备后期安全、稳定运行,机电设备安装工作结束后需进行试运行,及时发展机电安装存在的问题,为机电设备功能的充分发挥奠定坚实的基础。本文阐述了机电设备安装试运行所做的准备工作,分析出现的故障及原因,提出针对性解决措施,希望给机电设备安装,保证安装质量提供参考。
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the electromechanical equipment in the later period, the electromechanical equipment must be put into trial operation after the installation work is finished and the problems in the mechanical and electrical installation should be developed in time, laying a solid foundation for the full play of the functions of the electromechanical equipment. This paper describes the preparatory work for the electromechanical equipment installation and commissioning, analyzes the troubles and causes, puts forward the pertinent solutions, and hopes to provide reference for the installation of electromechanical equipment and the quality of installation.
